The new IVM-President Hermann Bohrer, Plant Manager BMW Berlin, belongs to the BMW General Management, just as Hendrik von Kuenheim, General Director of BMW Motorrad and chairman of the executive board and Thomas Weber, Head of Finances, Planning of Business Areas, and IT BMW Motorrad. Bohrer, an enthusiastic motorcycle rider since the age of 22, was born 1956 in Upper Bavaria and has worked at BMW for 34 years already. In September 2006 he assumed the management of the BMW plant in Berlin, before he had been Director of Rolls-Royce Motor Car Manufacturing.
